Our Powder Coating finishing is ideal for metals with complex shapes and intricate designs. A range of colours are available conforming to the Classic RAL system; durable and pliable but with a lower environmental impact than traditional paint finishes. This hard wearing finish is both attractive and scratch resistant often making it the preferred choice for die-cast products.

Steel parts are Bead Blasted in preparation, whilst alloy castings are de-gassed at 200c in the oven following five stage chemical de greasing cleaning process. Our conveyor track system is ideal for minimum handling of up to 380 parts and the drying oven ensures a consistent quality finish ready for inspection and packing. In addition we have a manual booth for larger items, one offs and sampling.
