Here at Ashley Engineering we produce High Pressure Diecastings in a comprehensive range of Aluminium and Zinc Alloys. These castings are preferred when low cost, high specification complex shapes are required that demand repeatability, durability and consistent quality.

Using Hardened Tool Steel Moulds designed specifically for improved appearance and critical tolerances, our expert Die design team ensures the production of high quality components every time.

We are equipped with fully automatic machines, all with ladling, spraying, extraction and cooling systems. Machine capacity ranging from 160t to 1250 tonnes & weights ranging from 2.5kg to 28kg.
